  • Ryan Laul


    Ryan Laul
    Ryan Laul is the President of Outdoor Media Group of Companies.  Ryan is responsible for the vision and strategy across the organization ensuring that the company is operating lockstep with our clients in pursuit of solving their business goals and brand objectives.   Ryan, who previously served as the Vice President and launched [d] theory, the Digital OOH & Innovation’s team, has led the company into the new era of data and analytics, and has reframed the organization’s structure to ensure digital proficiency throughout.

    Under Ryan’s leadership the agency executed the largest data-driven OOH campaign, integrated mobile audience data into fundamental planning and buying, developed the largest demand-side resource for DOOH media and was the first company ever to establish a cinema upfront with the nation’s largest supplier.  

    Ryan holds positions on Geopath’s and the DP-AA’s Board of Directors and works closely with the New York Ad Club to provide leadership in connecting the OOH industry with young professionals.

    Prior to joining OMG, Ryan was a Senior Vice President at Posterscope and led their digital division – Hyperspace.

    As Vice President of the Outdoor Media Group of Companies, John is tasked with overseeing daily media functions across the organization.   

    With over 15 years of OOH media experience, John has had the opportunity to travel throughout the United States to create a best-in-class OMG of Companies’ network of premium inventory to ensure our clients procure the best positioning the medium and markets have to offer. 

    With a keen ability to pair market intelligence with location, combined with his love of technology, John has a proven track-record of delivering first-to-market, award-winning OOH executions that have helped to launch major brands and initiatives for our clients.

    John joined OMG in 2007 as an Associate Director in the Los Angeles office.

    Angela is a 24-year veteran of Out-of-Home Media with expertise that spans across numerous client categories including retail, telecommunications, entertainment, financial services, travel and hospitality. As Managing Director, Angela oversees Outdoor Media Group’s offices in the Southeast and provides her clients with steadfast stewardship and strategic OOH solutions, including establishing KPIs and developing OOH campaigns that generate ROI, outperforming expectations.

    Shari Spraggins

    With over 27 years of experience in the Out-of-Home advertising industry, Shari serves as Managing Director overseeing Outdoor Media Group’s offices in the central region of the U.S.  She provides senior-level guidance and leadership to her staff, Omnicom and our clients that maximize OOH investment while fulfilling brand and business objectives.  As a firm believer that OOH is an intensely local medium, Shari’s tenure at OMG has been dedicated to ensuring her staff establishes hyper-local market expertise, strong vendor relationships, as well as diverse media knowledge across the spectrum of OOH. This powerful combination provides our clients with insightful market placements that are not only efficient, but bring innovation to the forefront.  Shari joined OMG as an original partner in 2001, prior to the company’s acquisition by Omnicom.

    Managing Director, Operations & Systems
    Julie has booked 19 years in the Out-of-Home discipline across creative and media agencies, growing the media operations & platform capabilities of each along the way.
    Through her tenure with Outdoor Media Group of Companies, she has facilitated the digital transformation of all data management for the organization and was a critical developer of the agency’s proprietary OOH platform. Julie strives to connect media practice with data & systems to solve business problems for Advertiser and Agency teams, acting as liaison between media/account teams and corporate Finance, Accounting, Legal, and IT departments. In addition, she is the management lead for the Outdoor Imaging production business.
  • Christina Radigan

    Christina Radigan
    Managing Director, Marketing & Communications
    As Managing Director of Marketing & Communications, Christina oversees new business development and ensures that the organization’s practices, communication and ultimately implementation evangelize the company’s corporate culture and mission.  With a passion for research, Christina aims to apply insights and data analytics to provide greater acumen to the company’s marketing and strategic planning approaches, through [d] theory, the DOOH & Innovations team. 
    As the primary liaison between the OOH industry and the company, as well as an advocate for the industry, she serves on agency advisory boards for the OAAA, Geopath, DP-AA, DSE and the MRC's Digital Place-based working committee, which recently published standards for its respective audience measurement.  Christina has been with OMG of Companies for 12 years and a part of the advertising industry for nearly two decades.
